Canadian Shipping Costs

Orders over $75.00 CAD – FREE SHIPPING

Flat rate of $14.95 CAD for all other orders. We use Canada Post and Canpar Courier.

 

US Shipping

Flat rate of $25 CAD for shipping. 

We are unable to offer free shipping to USA. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and returned in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all the tags attached. Please contact us at info@juddliesdesigns.com within 30 days of purchase from juddliesdesigns.com to receive a return authorization. 

Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are treated as final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend returning your item through Canada Post and we also recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover any risk of loss, theft or damages during transit. Juddlies Designs will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Upon receiving your return we inspect your item(s) to ensure they are still in brand new condition before issuing a refund. Returns can be refunded to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

If purchased from a 3rd party, i.e. retail store, well.ca  or amazon.com, you must return the item(s) to that store according to that store’s return and exchange policy.

 

Exchanges

Juddlies Designs does not offer direct exchanges. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase from www.juddliesdesigns.com. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order in the size or colour you need.

Please note: It may take up to 2 weeks to see the refund in your account.

If you purchase from a 3rd party, i.e. retail store, well.ca or amazon.com, you must return the item(s) to that store according to that store’s return and exchange policy.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

 

Damages & Defects

If your order arrived damaged or becomes defective within 6 months, we will help you reface the item(s). You must email a picture of the defect with the receipt to Info@juddliesdesigns.com. 

If purchased from a 3rd party, e.g.-retail store, well.ca, or amazon.com you must return the item(s) to that store according to that store’s return and exchange policy.

 

Sale

All discontinued item(s) are treated as final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Permanently marked down items are final sale.

Promotional items can be exchanged at your cost. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you. We recommend sending through Canada Post. The customer will assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore we advise you to take out shipping insurance through your carrier. Juddlies Designs will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently we ship to Canada and the USA.

A: We publish Canadian prices on our website.

Q: Do you use any chemicals in your fabrics?

A: We do not. It's a simple answer. Most people want to know if we use any flame retardants and we don’t.

Q: Why are your sizes so large?
A: We chose to make the sizes more true to size and simply be real about it. It also means that you the client get to use our products for a longer period of time.
